Do Not Submit Protected Health Information

The Site is not a secure channel for protected health information (PHI). Do not submit patient names, medical records, claims data, or any other individually identifiable health information through our web forms or general email. If a client engagement requires the exchange of PHI, we will establish a secure, encrypted transmission method under an executed Business Associate Agreement.
